well yuck i have to agree to a point with you in the nitro,i got a revo,buggy,and two on road,but when its fucking cold,id rather be inside with my blitz. ill still race the revo this summer but its still fun to race the blitz,and now that its brushless ill take the fucker to the 1/8th scale track and watch there mouths drop when i clear there shit.

Naaa. I don't really have anything against 'em. Just not my thing. I wouldn't mind running one of the 4wd sc trucks, but not enough to go out and invest in one.

Well i got my blitz for my bday,and even at 200 for a rtr thats pretty setup from the factory aint to bad to bash on between races.

gonnatry to get some pics at the track tomarrow,just finished the new body today and ready to do another.

This is a cool thread , so what problems can I expect with my Slash, I have heard that they break the chassis off at the rear and sometimes at the front too, anyone have this happen before? Maybe I should get some spare parts for mine, any help here would be cool, I have only gotten to run mine a couple times so far due to being really busy in the Motorpool here lately.

Knuckles on the slash are very failure prone. Upgrade those first.

Knuckles? ya mean the steering things up front? I have also heard that they bend rear axles too? I am gonna have to look into getting some things soon cause I plan on bashing the hell outta this thing in the desert here soon...

I have not yet broken a front knuckle but both rears. Upgrade to the RPM knuckles and keep your receipt. They have a warranty.

I have discovered the Pede rear axles have more splines on them and are a tad bit longer. Like about 10MM. If you upgrade to the ProTrac Suspension you could use those axles to compensate for the extra 10MM length of the A-arms.

I haven't broken that much on mine really. Just the normal stuff from the normal abuse it gets.
