I put Lunsford pins and buckles on it, DE skids F&R, carbon towers, Maxxlife shoes, 1.1 springs, 15/55 gears, an aluminum servo steering arm, and poured some 10 thou in the center diff. I pulled the motor and took out the roto start slug, and stripped/polished the center braces, head, and pipes. I thought it looked good enough to snap a pic of it before it gets destroyed. Image

Good to know you are gonna run yours, 8)

Hell I bet them $800.00 "luxury" rigs break on the first round, =;

Give it Hell Dustin. I am sure that rig will take a beating. Associated stuff is tough as nails....

:piss: On LUXURY Rigs, I prefer to run mine thanks, not just dust them off once in awhile :P

We'll be fine J, I want to make some side nerfs for them like SC trucks have so we don't get hacked on as bad.

First off, nice work Dustin. It does look real sharp.

But all the Easy-Off in Adams county ain't gonna make that RTR an RB. And all the Gojo, spit, and polish AIN'T gonna make it an Xray. =;

And I, too, hope the AE's will hang with the xrays. We should all have a good day whenever that day arrives that we can all be together at once and put an end to all the speculation.
The side nerfs might not be a bad idea either. Since my xray was about as close to a freebie as I'll ever get I don't plan on takin it very easy.

Jam I got the same thing to say to you that I have been saying for three years now. Show up or shut up. I got somethin for you on the track if you can maybe borrow a set and a sack to put em in long enough to get here. :fu: Feel free to post up your entry in the truggy class any time.

I surely would love to make one of the Bashes. \:D/ Hell jon ya might even learn something from me, :-k (cough, like how to drive and tune) :lol: :lol: :lol:

I have a wealth of experience and I would be more than happy to share with anyone who needs it, 8)
and you can rest assured if finances allow I intend on making it to next years Bash, Hell I would never pass up an opportunity to spend a couple days having a good time with some good friends. \:D/

The pic is what I would be bringin to the Bash if I were to make it, so where is your truck at jon? I still aint seen any pics of it doin anything but sitting there, shit son YUCK still ain't even touched his yet,(if he even has one) it is sitting in a box lookin oh so PURDEH! =; :flipa: :yawn:

Jam I completely understand why you have not been able to make a Missouri Bash yet. If it was not so close to home I wouldn't be able to attent either, heck I missed half of it this year due to work. My Vac. are spent on family events and I doubt I could make a Bash thousands of miles away from home. I could but then I would loose all my R.C. stuff in the big "D".
Jon You are completely correct about the Easy-Off. The thing you have to worry about on Dustins rig is the steering servo.. He can wheel, and doesn't stop till he either beats you or catches you on the rear quarter and ........................................................long story never mind.
What was that about R.B.???????????????????????????????????????

Sweet engine Lance! Im guessin thats your new truggy it sits in or you felt sorry for Dustin and hooked him up. :-k :lol:

I guess that means I gotta get me a .28 now too and put this 21 in that old junk ass buggy I got takin up space. #-o Somebody talked me into gettin a .21 to save wear/tear and fuel.

I could have bought that engine for a song a couple of months ago, and should have. Since he put it in that truggy and saw it all planted to the ground as opposed to spinning like hell all the time in the SC8, no money can buy it now. :roll: Kinda like Yuck's favorite engine you got the privilege to command at the Bash.

Look, Chevy put a 427 in a C70 truck and a COPO camero. Which one made more power? My point here is your .21 makes more power than my lowball .28. You have PLENTY of motor. But if you want to trade.... :-k

Hell at this point that old Nova would be enough for this truggy I got since I can't seem to find the weather for running the sonofabitch. Nobody more than me thinks I should be out workin the piss out of that Xray. But work seems to be taking up all my time now. Thankfully.

Trade? Mmmmkay. I'll trade you a brushless Slash and a couplea batteries for that RB truggy. :| :whistle:

:lol: :lol:

TRADE??? =; Fuck No!!! :lol: :lol: I mean , maybe he was born at night, but I doubt it was last night... :fu:

Besides that motor would be way more that you can handle Jon. if I was you I would run an old wore out 21, be more your speed till ya get some time on the "Luxury Rig"....

Or better yet send the whole shebang out here to me. I am sure I could find some time to run the crap outta it for ya \:D/ :whistle:
